Steve served as the Lead Pastor at Hawley Alliance Church for the last 16 years. During that time, he taught the Network Gifts class to nearly 600 people in weekend seminars at the church, in an 8-week yearly class series and additionally in several other churches in the Midwest. Knowing what spiritual gift God has given to you is a passion for Steve, as he has helped many people discover their gifts and then serve effectively in their churches giving their gifts. He is passionate in inspiring congregations to have a vibrant desire to outreach to people who have not yet trusted Jesus. Over the years, many pastors have sought Steve out for coaching and advice. He is actively coaching pastors in a variety of denominations in the Midwest. Steve is an ordained pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He was born and raised in Minnesota and currently lives in Glyndon, MN with his wife, Dawn. They have 3 grown children, all married with families.
